YOu have to have some talent to be able to do this. I don't know if the chops were kosher, but the art was was cool.
Now, I DO wonder if the portrait had been drawn out, say in pencil, beforehand, or if that is totally from memory/via looking at the original… Either way, points to the artist for coolness!
